1. Drop offs are made before 11am and collections after 5pm, more specific times will be sent to you the day before the hire, requested times will only be adhered to for venue hires so please do not ask for specific times for a garden hire.
2. The castle/soft play will not be set up until we have received payment in full.
3. Payments can be made via cash on castle drop off or bank transfer up until the day before the hire. The castle can also be paid in instalments rather than one lump sum, as long as the balance is paid before the hire date.
4. If you would like a castle set up and then moved to another location later on, you will be charged for 2 hires.
5. We do not take deposits.
6. We do offer more than 1 day hires but charges will apply.
7. Castle and theme lists are available on request.
8. We do not do hires on any other surface apart from grass, unless indoors, as legally each pegging point requires 163kg of weight. This includes Astro turf.
9. Soft play is for indoor venue use only.
